The Coming Home Programs assist Cherokee Citizens who are justice involved or have been released from incarceration. The programs are designed to help participants overcome barriers created by their justice involvement so they may successfully reintegrate after incarceration or promote healthy positive interactions with family and communities. Reentry Justice involved services are on a case-by-case basis and can include, but are not limited to, the following; counseling, health care, behavioral health, clothing, hygiene, housing, driver’s license reinstatement, vocational training and other relevant services.

Eligibility for Service:

  • Cherokee Nation Citizen
  • Reside or plan to reside within a county located within the Cherokee Nation Reservation
  • Justice Involved
